3 How We Use Your Data

4 Advertising — Google AdMob

Our mobile apps use Google AdMob, an advertising platform operated by Google LLC, to display ads. AdMob helps us offer free apps by monetizing through advertising.

What AdMob Collects

• Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID / Apple IDFA) — used to serve personalized ads
• IP address and approximate geographic location
• Device information (model, OS version, screen size)
• In-app interaction data (ad clicks, impressions)
• Cookies or equivalent tracking technologies

Personalized vs. Non-Personalized Ads

By default, AdMob serves personalized ads based on your interests and prior activity. In regions where consent is required (e.g., European Economic Area under GDPR), we display a consent prompt via the User Messaging Platform (UMP). If you decline, only non-personalized ads will be shown.

Opting Out of Personalized Ads

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
• iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking → disable per-app tracking, or Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising → disable personalized ads

8 Children's Privacy

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at espunyacorporation@gmail.com. We will delete such data promptly. If an app is specifically designed for children, we comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and configure AdMob to serve only non-personalized, family-safe ads.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

10 Account & Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data:

1. 1 Send an email to espunyacorporation@gmail.com with subject "Data Deletion Request"
2. 2 Include: your name (or username), the app name, and the email address associated with your account (if any)
3. 3 We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days

Note: Some data may be retained for legal, financial, or safety obligations even after deletion. We will inform you of any such exceptions.

11 Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and to contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your data.
